As a leading insurance partner in the non-profit community, we see first-hand how marginalized individuals and communities struggle every day to achieve the quality of life they deserve. We recognize our privilege and have a tremendous respect and appreciation for those who have made it their mission to serve others. We also understand that simply expressing how we feel does nothing to support our community partners. That is why we put our words into actions.

Every year, we contribute to various charities and non-profit organizations financially. We are fortunate to be in a position to do so, but know that it is not enough. We want to lead by example, to nurture a culture that is generous in kindness and engaged in the community. Our Community Impact Committee seeks to promote employee participation in various efforts to make sure we don’t just talk the talk, but also walk the walk.
